What a business website should include
· Stephen O. Olawumi
A credible website is not a long one. It answers the questions a serious customer already has, on a phone, without hunting.
Who you are
The name of the business, where you work, and a plain description of the service. Be specific.
What you offer
Name the services. Say who they are for. The offer itself should not be a secret.
Proof that is real
A project, a photograph of the work, or a named client is useful. A row of invented percentages is not.
A way to respond
A form, a phone number, and — for many Nigerian customers — WhatsApp.
